| Godaibari Dhap Excavation (1992-93)
at Godaibari Dhap (Godaibadi Dhap), about three km west of mahasthangarh
(Bogra district) unveiled the remains of a temple with several rebuilding
phases commencing from the Gupta period. Among the antiquities, a stone
piece containing a few letters in kharosthi/Devanagari, large number
of terracotta plaques, and some ornamental bricks are worthy of note.
